Join our TeamAs an AI Product Manager at Dedalus, you will bring AI to our internal processes, defining requirements, evaluating readiness, and managing the implementation of cutting‑edge AI products that solve real‑world business challenges. Your near‑term focus will be AI applied to internal documentation and the potential application of agentic AI in this space. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with teams across the business to gather and prioritise requirements, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business priorities. Evaluate data and organisational readiness for AI implementation based on the business case. Identify and evaluate third‑party solutions that could meet our needs and engage with providers. Define performance metrics and measure the impact of AI solutions. Oversee solution implementation from MVP to full product, refining based on user feedback and impact metrics. Work with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate requirements. Communicate progress to key stakeholders. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management for AI‑related products. Strong understanding of AI technologies, concepts, and practical applications. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude. Track record of launching successful AI products within an organisation. Native English speaker or C1/C2 English certification. Experience with Agentic AI Technology Demonstrated experience working with agentic AI technologies and their application in real‑world scenarios. Desirable Requirements Experience in healthcare with familiarity of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI product development.
