Missions Principales : Participer aux tâches inhérentes à l’ouverture et à la fermeture du magasin (SOD / EOD) et assurer une couverture optimale tout au longdela journée à l’aidedes outilsdecommunication à disposition Travailler en équipe, partager les informations et assurer une fluidité et une bonne communication entre les équipes du matin etdel’après-midi et d’une journée sur l’autre. S’assurer que toute la partie administrative soit correctement renseignée et archivée chaque jour et que les suivis ou next steps soient également effectués dans les temps. Assurer une présence au Cash Office afin d’avoir une couverture pour les appels émanantdel’extérieur commedel’intérieur et permettre également au personnel du magasin d’avoir un interlocuteur du Cash Officededisponible à tout instant. Assurer la formation initialedes nouveaux arrivants etdes formationsderecyclage pour les effectifs actuels sur tous les sujets liés au Cash Office. Documenter, analyser et communiquer les litiges clients au restedel’équipe Cash Office et assurer un suivi Premiumdeces dossiers sensibles. Assurer la commandedes fournitures, leur réception et rangement. Maintenir un bureau Cash Office propre, facile d’accès etdecirculation et optimiser l’organisation et le rangementdes éléments et fournitures s’y trouvant. Prendre part à l'analysedes transactionsdefaçon quotidienne Communiquer tout comportement suspect ou toute anomalie détectée, tout manquement au Règlement Intérieur, au Code d’éthique, au KeepIt Tight, Matterof Respect et toute autre Policy Nike ou relatives au Droit français. S’assurerderespecter soi-même toutes ces règles lorsdela gestiondeces dossiers et plus spécialement l’obligationdediscrétion sur ces sujets sensibles. Qualifications : Bon niveau d'anglais, écrit et oral Habilité à travailler surdes sujets divers et à un rythme soutenu Service client Intégrité et travail d'équipe Pack Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint - Capacité à fairedes rapports précis et régulier Disponible pour travailler en journée, en soirée, du lundi au dimanche.
