OverviewLocation: NanterreStart Date: ASAPDuration: 12 months (possible extension)Contract: Employed or LtdLanguage: English (working language) – French is a plusResponsibilitiesDefine telecom system architectures and block diagramsPrepare telecommunication technical specificationsFollow-up Material Take-Offs (cables, power distribution, cabinets, etc.)Interface with existing telecommunication systemsPrepare telecommunication layouts (CCTV, PAGA, etc.)Carry out technical bid evaluations and comparisonsReview vendor documentation and supplier offersManage technical correspondence with vendorsParticipate in installation and validation activities of telecom systemsReport progress and technical issues to the Lead EngineerProfile / QualificationsEducation: Engineering degree or equivalentExperience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in Telecommunication Systems engineering, ideally on Oil & Gas / LNG onshore projectsTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of industrial telecom systems: PAGA, Hotline, Telephone Systems, CCTV, UHF TETRA, VHF Marine Radio, Fiber Optic Networks, LAN, Wireless Systems, ACS, Intrusion Detection SystemsKnowledge of international standards and codes: ISA, IEC, ATEXGood understanding of installation and validation aspectsSoftware: MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio), AutoCADLanguages: Fluent English (contract language), French is a plusSoft Skills: Autonomous, well-organized, strong communication skills, used to working in multidisciplinary project environmentsAbout AirswiftAirswift is a global leader in recruitment and HR solutions for the energy, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors.
