The position will be based in Toulouse. The department of Information, Operations and Management Sciences (IOMS) brings together 26 faculty members whose recent publications include articles in the following leading journals: Annals of Operations Research, Computers and Operations Research, Economic Theory, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Industrial Organization, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal of Economics & Management Strategy, Management Science, Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Marketing Letters, Marketing Science, Operations Research, Operations Research Letters, Production and Operations Management, RAND Journal of Economics, Revue d’Economie Politique, Revue Economique, Transportation Research part A, Transportation Research part E. POSITION OVERVIEW Candidates should hold a Ph.D. in Economics with a specialization in Industrial Organization, Operations Management, or Operations Research, and should possess excellent teaching abilities, as well as the potential to publish in leading academic journals. They may have demonstrated these qualities during their post-doctoral experience or during their previous employment. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the teaching of core modules in Operations Management, in French and/or English, at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to develop lectures in their field of expertise at the graduate and executive education levels.
