About the team You will be the third member of the Integration Management Office, led by Amir, a former Deloitte senior manager and Director of Digital Payment at Deutsche Sparkasse. You will report to the Chief Integration Officer and work closely with the executive team to drive EPI’s transformation strategy and post‑merger integration. Your key responsibilities Lead and coordinate strategic transformation initiatives, including post‑merger integration, organizational change and Target Operating Model implementation. Oversee cross‑functional strategic topics that span Legal, Finance, HR and other departments, ensuring structure and progress. Own overall responsibility for specific current and future acquisitions or joint ventures, including synergy planning, cultural alignment and process integration. Support strategic planning across business units, ensuring cross‑departmental initiatives align with long‑term company goals. Coordinate strategic governance activities, including alignment across subsidiaries and preparation for management or supervisory board engagements. Contribute to strategic focus areas such as organizational design, geographic expansion strategy, group‑level planning and intercompany structuring. Monitor and report on transformation performance metrics and KPIs to ensure execution stays on track. Provide structured insights and recommendations to the C‑level through data‑driven analysis and high‑quality executive communication. What you could have done last month Worked on multiple integration workstreams focusing on Payconiq International and Currence iDEAL, advancing the target operating model around platform and infrastructure, financial planning, and HR integration strategy. Supported various strategic topics including M&A, corporate set‑up and restructuring. Contributed to the announced market entry of Wero in Luxembourg. Participated in the annual team gathering in Sitges, Spain. Success criteria / Qualifications Structured thinker, quick to grasp complexity, driving clarity across stakeholders (must have). 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with exposure to Financial Services, M&A or Private Equity. Proven track record in strategic project or program management. Hands‑on experience with business transformation, operating model design or post‑merger integration. Familiarity with the Dutch—ideally broader European—banking and payments landscape. Strong stakeholder and program management skills; comfortable in multicultural and matrixed environments. Fluent in English (C1/C2); Dutch, French or German is a strong plus. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; skilled at using data to inform decisions and craft clear narratives. Detail‑oriented, responsive and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. A root‑cause problem solver who goes beyond symptoms to identify sustainable solutions. Comfortable in a hybrid, cross‑border setup with occasional travel (2–4 times per month, mainly to Amsterdam, but Brussels, Berlin, Frankfurt, Paris as needed).
