Développeur Backend Python – Paris – F/H Vauban Infrastructure Partners (Vauban IP) est une société de gestion axée sur les investissements en infrastructures. Elle gère plusieurs fonds d’investissement et de co‑investissement, présents partout en Europe et aux États‑Unis. Votre rôle sera au sein de l’équipe IT & Technology, sous la responsabilité du Head of IT, et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les services d’investissement, conformité, risque et middle office. Poste et missions Gestion de projet : Participer à la planification, le suivi et la livraison des projets IT. Assurer la coordination entre les équipes techniques et métiers. Gestion des infrastructures : Superviser et faire évoluer l’infrastructure cloud (Azure + Infrastructure réseau). Veille technique et audit. Garantir la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes. Assurer la continuité de service et le suivi des incidents. Mettre en place des processus d’amélioration continue. Sécurité & Cyber : Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des politiques de sécurité. Collaborer avec la RSSI pour le suivi des audits et des conformités. Participer à la mise en place des pipelines CI/CD. Optimiser les déploiements et la gestion des environnements. Profil et compétences requises Formation : Bac + 5 en informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent. Techniques : Connaissance des bases de données (SQL, NoSQL). Maîtrise des infrastructures cloud. Bases solides en cybersécurité. Compétences en un langage de développement (idéalement C#). Parfaitement à l’aise en anglais professionnel (écrit et oral). Compétences en gestion de projet (Agile, Scrum). Capacité à travailler en transversalité avec plusieurs équipes. Qualités : Leadership et sens de la communication. Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes. Organisation, planification et rigueur.
