Sales Manager France – Healthcare Packaging

Overview Our client is a global multinational in the packaging industry. Location: Paris Greater Area (hybrid work possible) This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Sales Director EMEA, which covers out of Paris the complete French market. Responsibilities Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in France. Look for new opportunities and areas of growth. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales objectives. Sales Data Analysis: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as R&D, Product Marketing and Operations (several productions sites in France plus other sites in Europe), to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and future plans. Candidate profile / Qualifications Several years of experience in the healthcare packaging market, serving clients and developing business with pharma, consumer health and medical companies across France, both product owners and contract manufacturers. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Degree or equivalent professional qualification in business administration, sales, marketing or a similar field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Languages: Native French Travel: The role requires frequent and regular travel across France #J-18808-Ljbffr
