Votre leadership et votre expertise contribueront directement à la réussite de la division Upper Extremities.Vos missions principales seront de :Piloter et déployer des projets d'ingénierie en construisant les plannings, budgets, ressources liées à la création des flux de fabrication.Superviser et animer l'équipe projet, en collaboration avec les départements internes et les sous-traitants.Participer à la mise en place d'une méthodologique rigoureuse de management de projet, visant à optimiser les processus, définir des standards opérationnels clairs, et garantir une exécution fluide des projets.Communiquer et représenter les opérations avancées lors des réunions projets globales.Collaborer activement avec les autres sites Advanced Operations pour maximiser le succès des projets.Contribuer à la création et au déploiement de la stratégie du département pour garantir le succès de la division Upper Extremities.Développer et maintenir un réseau de partenaires de confiance au sein du groupe ( R&D, Ingénierie, Operations...)Coacher et accompagner les chefs de projets moins expérimentésVotre profil :Pré-requis obligatoiresUne formation Bac +5 en ingénierie, management de projet ou domaine similaireAu moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de projet ou poste similaire dans l'industrie mécanique (R&D, méthodes, production ou autre), idéalement dans un environnement normatif exigeantUn esprit d'initiative et une grande autonomie, avec une capacité à fédérer et motiver les équipesUne maîtrise impérative de l'anglais courant ainsi que des outils du management de projetUne capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement matriciel et à influencer les parties prenantesExcellentes compétences en communication, leadership et résolution de conflitsLa capacité à piloter et accompagner le changementLa volonté de coacher et de transmettre ses compétencesPré-requis appréciésExpérience en environnement médical / dispositifs médicauxCertification PMP ou équivalent.Connaissance de la méthodologie & outils du LeanChez Stryker, nous vous offrons l'opportunité de faire évoluer votre carrière en fonction de vos compétences et de vos ambitions, dans un environnement où l'innovation et l'engagement sont au cœur de notre succès.Rejoignez-nous pour faire partie d'un esprit d'équipe inclusif, où chaque idée compte et contribue à notre vision collective Travel Percentage: 20% #J-18808-Ljbffr
