We’re looking for a Junior Communications & Content Assistant to support day-to-day content production and publishing across several client accounts.This is a foundational role for someone who enjoys structure, rhythm, and doing things properly.You will help ensure that content goes out on time, on brand, and without friction.In this role you are expected to learn fast and act quickly and securely in a startup environment. As you develop you will start to take a role that develops into junior client lead supporting our partners and clients in their communications & marketing.Start date: 1/3/2026TasksWhat You’ll DoFormat, schedule, and publish social content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)Perform client research & come up with concepts, materials and output.Develop client-facing materialsRepurpose long-form content into short-form postsPrepare press releases & multimedia materialsPrepare podcast and video derivatives (captions, quotes, clip briefs)Maintain content calendars and asset librariesSupport light engagement management (comments, flagging leads)Track basic analytics and prepare reportsFollow established templates, SOPs, and tone-of-voice guidelinesRequirementsYou’re a Good Fit If You…Have 2 years of experience in content, marketing, or communicationsHave had previous experience in managing multiple workstreams at onceHave an international mindset and an interest in startups, vc and ecosystem developmentHave a University degree in communications, business, marketing or have a degree relevant to our client verticals (finance, engineering)Responsive and online - have experience with managing social media platformsAre fluent in English, second language preferred (French, Dutch, German)Are detail-oriented and organisedFeel comfortable working with tools (Notion, Canva, Asana, Google Docs, schedulers, social platforms)Are open to learning CMS systems, analyticsLike finishing things properlyStay calm under deadlinesHave strong interpersonal skills and value relationship-buildingBenefitsContract or freelance€1,400–€3,000 per month (depending on hours and experience)18- 40 hours per weekAccess to co-working space in Paris.Availability in office 2 days a week required (Paris)Contract · Hybrid · Part-timeAbout Tutto PassaTutto Passa is a strategic communications agency working with founders, investors, and leadership teams across Europe.We help ambitious organisations build credibility, clarity, and long-term visibility, not through noise, but through narrative discipline.Our work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and leadership identity.We are a small, senior-led team.
