Fincons is looking for a Senior Test Management Specialist. Develop, maintain, and contribute to test strategies and planning. Define the scope of testing, test approaches, and review/write test scenarios by collaborating with Test Engineers. Contribute to test processes, review technical specifications, and develop test acceptance criteria. Perform, control, and monitor testing activities on technical products, ensuring proper defect management. Run assessments of product quality by running tests, reporting outcomes, and continually improving the testing approach. Master's or equivalent 6+ years of relevant IT professional experience, including at least 4 years of testing experience. Mandatory certifications: ISTQB Foundation Level and ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation. Excellent knowledge of testing standards/methods and experience in creating test approaches, test planning, test case creation, and execution. Solid understanding of testing practices, complex high-availability IT systems, and IT architectures Strong command of English (C1/B2). On-site presence is required 3 times per week.
