We are seeking a **Senior Test Management Specialist** to join our talented team

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Test Strategy Development**: Lead the creation and maintenance of test strategies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and stakeholder requirements.
- ** Testing & Automation**: Perform, monitor, and control testing activities, utilizing both manual and automated testing tools such as qTest, TOSCA, JMeter, and JIRA.
- ** Defect Management**: Identify, report, and manage defects, contributing to the continuous improvement of products.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing detailed reports and feedback to stakeholders on test progress.
- ** Tool Development**: Contribute to the development and optimization of test tools and processes.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: A minimum of 4 years of relevant education (Master’s degree or equivalent) after secondary school.
- ** Experience**: 6+ years in IT, with at least 4 years dedicated to testing.
- ** Certifications**: ISTQB Foundation Level & ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation certifications.
- ** Technical Skills**: Expertise with operating systems (Unix variants), RDBMS, networking, containers, and virtual environments.
- ** Automation Knowledge**: Strong experience in automated testing and testing tools.
- ** Soft Skills**: Independent, self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks with punctuality and attention to detail.
