Responsibilities Lead the creation and implementation of standardized onboarding, change management, and training processes for Generative AI content platforms to ensure consistent adoption across global and regional teams. Coordinate Onboarding Delivery Align onboarding and delivery progress with the Delivery Manager, proactively identifying and resolving challenges to meet timelines and stakeholder expectations. Monitor Project Milestones Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams to plan, track, and report progress on onboarding initiatives using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Manage Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders throughout onboarding and rollout phases, ensuring needs are captured, addressed, and documented. Develop User Adoption Strategy Design and implement a comprehensive adoption strategy, including role‑based learning journeys that drive sustained engagement and effective use of Generative AI tools. Create Training and Support Resources Build and maintain a library of learning materials such as microlearning videos, interactive tutorials, compliant prompting playbooks, and live training sessions. Coordinate recurring Q&A sessions, discussion forums, and open feedback sessions to provide ongoing guidance and support for end‑users. Conduct Training and Knowledge Transfer Partner with the Delivery Manager, content specialists, and Data Science teams to organize and deliver hands‑on training sessions for new platform rollouts. Analyze User Experience and Behavior Use platform analytics and behavioral data to identify friction points, recommend improvements, and design targeted interventions that enhance user satisfaction and performance. Establish Feedback and Improvement Loops Implement and manage structured multi‑channel feedback systems to capture user insights, pain points, and enhancement ideas for continuous platform improvement. Document Workflows and Best Practices Develop and maintain detailed documentation in Confluence, ensuring transparent knowledge sharing and scalable onboarding frameworks. Translate User Insights into Product Improvements Combine user feedback with data analytics to generate actionable insights, translating them into user stories and prioritised feature requests in collaboration with Product and Delivery Managers. Support Technical and Operational Excellence Partner with technical and Data Science teams to resolve user issues, ensure platform optimisation, and provide first‑line functional support, including live demonstrations when required. Requirements Professional Experience in Delivery and Support Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in delivery, project management, change management, onboarding, or user support roles within marketing, content, or technology‑focused environments. Knowledge of Enterprise Platforms Proven experience working with enterprise‑level marketing, content, or document management platforms, ensuring smooth integration and adoption across large‑scale teams. Exposure to Generative AI and Data Solutions Familiarity with generative AI, machine learning, and large‑scale data initiatives, including the ability to communicate complex AI concepts and workflows effectively. Proficiency with Collaboration Tools Strong working knowledge of project tracking and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, applied in cross‑functional project environments. Stakeholder and Cross‑Functional Collaboration Skills Demonstrated success in managing diverse stakeholder groups and collaborating effectively across business, technical, and operational teams. Understanding of Process and Workflow Design In‑depth understanding of process management, workflow design, and documentation best practices to ensure efficiency and scalability in operations. Organisational and Multitasking Strengths Exceptional ability to prioritise, plan, and manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines in dynamic, fast‑evolving settings. Analytical and Problem‑Solving Abilities \>Strong analytical mindset, capable of diagnosing issues, interpreting data insights, and implementing effective, user‑centric solutions. Effective Communication and Translation of Concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical audiences.
