The program manager is the responsible of development project up to commercial release, including budget control, quality, product cost, and time to market. As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing multiple projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, innovation, supply-chain, and salesYour MissionAs Program Manager, your missions will be :Project Planning and ExecutionDevelop project plans, outlining project scope, goals, timelinesCollaborate with various teams to ensure efficient project execution and resource allocation.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on trackStakeholder ManagementEstablish strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members to ensure effective communication and alignment, especially during TG validation preparationConduct regular status updates and progress reports, using company tools (eg. Sciforma)Budget and Resource ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraintsDevelop regular outlook in compliance with company policySecure the respect of the development full-life costQuality Control and AssuranceMonitor and evaluate project outcomes, aligning with stakeholdersSecure alignment with Sidel guidelines in terms of quality focus, modularity & standardization ambitionsStay updated on industrytrends, best practices, and emerging technologies for an efficient projectmanagementSecure the development and introduction of new best practices in program management through digitalization, new tools and by growing transversally across different platformYour ProfileWith a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, you have a proven track record in project or program management and a strong foundation in product development. Your leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills enable you to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel in time management and can navigate complex, fast-paced environments with ease.You bring a data-driven approach to problem-solving, demonstrating adaptability in the face of ambiguity and shifting priorities. Comfortable managing multiple projects across different sites and platforms, you are also open to travel as needed.You are proficient in project management tools (preferably Sciforma) and have strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI.
