We recruit a Progam Management Coordinator to strengthen our AURORA team This program is a unique opportunity in Sidel to harmonise our processes and systems landscape for the benefit of simplification, transparency and accountability.

Your Mission

Project Management:

  • Maintain and support a comprehensive project roadmap, aligning project timelines, milestones, and dependencies
  • Follow and support the program governance framework including key decision-making structures and escalation paths
  • Oversee resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal utilization across teams
  • Secure meeting cadence and agile working approach

Project Performance and Analytics:

  • Develop and execute a structured performance measurement plan to ensure timely, transparent tracking and reporting of program status
  • Follow relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress against objectives

Business Approach and Support:

  • Ensure that the Program framework is adhered to in terms of standardization and harmonization, in collaboration with Stream Leads, and the VQA approach
  • Support Stream Leads on discussions on process design standardization & harmonization to minimize escalation to Decision Authority
  • Drive Stream Leads on the reporting of progress and relative risks & issues relating to time, scope, costs
Your Profile
  • Experience in managing projects with an understanding of Sidel organization and industry
  • Advanced knowledge of planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management
  • Expertise in resource planning, allocation, and workload balancing across multiple teams
  • Strong analytical skills to define relevant KPIs, monitor progress, and generate actionable insights
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining agile working methods, meeting cadences, and adaptive frameworks
