Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager plays a key role in overseeing human resources operations within the factory environment. This includes managing recruitment, internal mobility, career development, and employee retention. The role also involves handling disciplinary processes, payroll reliability, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the HR Manager coordinates with occupational health services, manages temporary staffing, and supports company-provided services. Why do we need you? We Need an HR Manager Who Can Lead recruitment and internal mobility initiatives to build and retain a strong workforce. Ensure compliance with labor law and social legislation while managing disciplinary processes. Oversee payroll accuracy and support HR team operations. Collaborate effectively with works councils and participate in key company meetings. Manage relationships with temporary employment agencies and occupational health services. Demonstrate adaptability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic factory setting. Qualifications Solid experience in HR management within an industrial or factory environment. Strong understanding of labor law and social legislation. Familiarity with payroll processes and HRIS tools. Proven ability to manage disciplinary procedures and negotiations. Effective interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset. Fluency in English.
