Responsibilities Develop a target list of clients for assigned territory according to the Aixial SRS ideal client profile within Strategic Resourcing and FSP. Prospect all target clients in order to develop a valid business reason for a meeting. Meet with potential clients to understand challenges and present Aixial’s potential solutions. Receive client needs for Resourcing and RFPs. Determine resource requirements and work with HoD and TA to source candidates, including sourcing by the Business Development Manager when needed. Review RFP information provided by prospective clients to ensure receipt of adequate information for the preparation of project proposals. Prepare and attend qualification meetings with clients and candidates. Contribute to the preparation of proposals in development to ensure a strong delivery. Lead and attend bid‑defense meetings. Attend marketing and promotional events. Improve effectiveness of the organization such as by developing new processes, systems, and sponsor relations. Work effectively and efficiently with internal partners within Aixial. Manage existing clients in order to ensure the securement of repeat business. Required Skills and Qualities 3+ years’ experience in the drug development industry, with a sales focus to mid‑size pharmaceutical clients preferred. At least 5 years of prior sales experience, preferably in life sciences. Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a nursing qualification (e.g., RN) or equivalent relevant experience. Experience working in CRO/Pharma/Biotechnology/Life Sciences. Planning and Organizational Skills Very good organizational skills, plus an understanding of resource & budgeting. Work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines. Communication and Teamwork Team player. Must push for results and take a tough line when necessary, yet appreciate and utilize the different personalities and team dynamics that exist within the various divisions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in a global working environment. Good negotiation and problem‑solving skills. Transparent approach, clear and precise. Determination to close the deal and resilience to keep prospecting are imperative. A hard worker who is dynamic and self‑motivating. Other Ability to work independently or in a team setting. Ability to adjust to changing priorities. Flexibility and willingness to travel as business needs dictate. Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude. Languages Fluent in spoken and written English and French. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level. Employment type: Full‑time.
