OverviewIn a nutshell: You will help build analytics and insights solutions to support the company's business and strategy. You collaborate with various teams as internal customers. Tasks range from basic data modeling to generating data insights that inform business decisions.Contribution to ResilienceAs a Junior Analytics Engineer at Resilience, you contribute to our mission to improve patient care with data through research and innovation. You assist in processing and extracting value from data. You help build automated solutions for deployment monitoring, billing follow-up, providing medical insights, and delivering product recommendations. You will also support business teams in understanding data and using BI solutions as we develop our self-service data platform.Daily routine60% - Business Intelligence SolutionsDeliver business intelligence dashboards and insights, including: Creating and updating visualizations and dashboards using Metabase BI tool and SQLExploring data to provide insights that support data-driven decisions30% - Data Analytics EngineeringSupport the technical stack for the Analytics Platform: Implementing business-oriented data models on DBT to enable business and medical insightsAssisting with documentation of data definitions for self-service usageSupporting tests and alerts to monitor data quality10% - Data EvangelizationHelp internal teams make better use of our dataAssist in training internal teams to use data for their everyday needsShare data insights to promote a data-driven mindsetYour teamYour everyday data analytics peer: Jean-Baptiste - Data Analytics Lead.
