As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Analytics, you will play an active role in the global strategy deployment and its adaptation to the divisional level. Furthermore, you will also lead the Division strategy deployment to PCOs. You will lead the divisional Operations Analytics network and high-level analysis looking for the new opportunities and savings within division. This role is the critical link between global analytics strategy and local execution. Success depends on strong collaboration with both global and local stakeholders and the ability to adapt global frameworks to divisional realities while ensuring consistency and compliance. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, but it requires strong collaboration within a matrix organization, working closely with local factory teams, divisional stakeholders, and global functions to align priorities and deliver results. You can be based in any of our production sites in Poland (Gniezno or Namyslów) or Slovakia (Partizánske) or France (Feuquières-en-Vimeu Somme) or Hungary (Fertöd) and you will report directly to vice president of Windows manufacturing. Key Responsibilities The global strategy deployment to divisional level and furtherly to the PCOs Cascade and implement global analytics standards, methodologies, and tools. Coordinate divisional deployment of analytics initiatives and business case management. Monitor divisional performance in cost improvement, benchmarking, and business analysis. Support PCOs in implementing analytics tools and reporting. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange within the division. Act as the primary contact for divisional management, PCO managers, and the global analytics network. Participate in joint activities and networks with Global and Local Strategy & Operations Analytics, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across all levels. Align divisional analytics activities with business objectives and strategic priorities.
