Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Analytics (M/F/D) As Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations Analytics, you will play an active role in the global strategy deployment and its adaptation to the divisional level. You will also lead the Division strategy deployment to PCOs and spearhead the divisional Operations Analytics network. Your work will involve high‑level analysis to identify new opportunities and savings within the division. This individual contributor role has no direct reports but requires strong collaboration with global and local stakeholders across the matrix organization. You will work closely with local factory teams, divisional stakeholders, and global functions to align priorities and deliver results. You can be based in any VELUX production site in Poland (Gniezno or Namyslów), Slovakia (Partizánske), France (Feuquières-en-Vimeu Somme), or Hungary (Fertöd) and will report directly to the Vice President of Windows Manufacturing. Key Responsibilities The global strategy deployment at the divisional level and further to the PCOs Cascade and implement global analytics standards, methodologies, and tools Coordinate divisional deployment of analytics initiatives and business case management Monitor divisional performance in cost improvement, benchmarking, and business analysis Support PCOs in implementing analytics tools and reporting Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice exchange within the division Act as the primary contact for divisional management, PCO managers, and the global analytics network Participate in joint activities and networks with Global and Local Strategy & Operations Analytics, ensuring alignment and knowledge sharing across all levels Align divisional analytics activities with business objectives and strategic priorities What We’re Looking For Strong expertise in operations analytics, cost management, and business case development Experience in deploying standards and coordinating cross‑functional programs Analytical skills for performance monitoring and improvement Effective communicator and influencer, able to translate global strategy into actionable divisional plans Collaborative mindset and proven project/program management experience What We Offer Active role in the strategy deployment process Opportunity to shape analytics strategy from a global perspective, driving measurable impact across the division Work on high‑impact projects with cross‑functional teams, producing tangible results Professional growth through strategic and operational challenges, enabling continuous learning and development Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Wholesale Building Materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
