Missions The Continuous Improvement Manager steers the company's progress initiatives. He/she identifies areas for improvement, leads Lean/Kaizen projects, and supports teams in implementing solutions aimed at optimizing performance, quality and costs. Analyze existing processes and identify dysfunctions or waste (muda). Define and manage continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SMED, etc.). Lead workgroups and Kaizen projects. Set up and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Train and sensitise teams to the tools and culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with various departments (production, engineering, safety, quality, maintenance, logistics, HR, etc.). Reporting to the Group. Monitor best industrial practices and methodological innovations. Implement the Operational Excellence framework and associated reporting Ensure the presentation and implementation of site investments Profile required Training Bac +3 to Bac +5 (Engineer, Master's degree in industrial engineering, quality, production, etc.) Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) appreciated Proficiency in office automation and ERP tools Professional English Experience At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position or in an industrial environment Technical skills Mastery of Lean tools (VSM, 5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, AMDEC...)
