Vous souhaitez rejoindre un groupe industriel international en forte croissance, reconnu pour son expertise technique et sa capacité d'innovation ?Nous recherchons un Financial Controller pour accompagner le développement de la filiale française et jouer un rôle central dans le pilotage des activités locales, tout en contribuant à la consolidation internationale.Vos missionsRattaché(e) directement au Contrôleur Financier International, vous aurez pour rôle de :Superviser et accompagner une petite équipe comptable (2 personnes).Garantir la fiabilité et la conformité des états financiers selon les normes locales et internationales (IFRS & US GAAP).Produire, analyser et commenter les reportings financiers (mensuels, trimestriels, annuels).Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes financières internationales.Participer à l'harmonisation et à l'amélioration continue des processus financiers du groupe.Veiller au respect des procédures de contrôle interne et aux délais de clôture.Votre profilVous justifiez d'une expérience de 10 ans minimum en finance, audit ou contrôle financier dans un environnement international.Vous avez une expérience confirmée en management et savez fédérer vos équipes.Vous maîtrisez les normes IFRS et US GAAP.Une expérience en industrie est un atout majeur.Vous êtes à l'aise en anglais courant (oral et écrit), qui sera votre langue de travail au quotidien.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens analytique et vos qualités relationnelles.Conditions Salariales :Rémunération attractive entre 70 à 85K€ selon profil et expérienceRTT & forfait cadre (218 jours / an).Possibilité de télétravail ponctuel.Environnement international stimulant, au sein d'un groupe solide et en croissance.Informations pratiquesPoste basé à Portes les Valences (26)CDI - Temps plein - Statut Cadre (Convention Métallurgie) #J-18808-Ljbffr
