In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday Absence and Time Tracking (PATT) solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise. We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and collaborative Absence Management and Time Tracking Consultant to join our team. In this role you will ensure the successful implementation of the Workday solutions with customers through product and implementation expertise.Key Areas of ResponsibilityMaster Workday Absence and Time Tracking.On client engagements: understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations via prototype, and assist the client in testing.Work with the client to help convert legacy data into Workday.Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and use it on all client engagements.Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions.Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants.Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships.About YouThis role requires a blended mix of Functional and Technical Consulting skills relating to the implementation of business software applications. Workday Consultants act as trusted advisors guiding customers through the functional aspects of the Workday platform. If you have existing or transferable experience in any of the areas below, we’d love to hear from you:Basic Qualifications4+ years consulting experience, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company4+ years experience working with or implementing a Tier 1 business software application such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, ADP, Ceridian, or similar applicationsOther QualificationsBusiness analysis and requirements gathering skillsStrong presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility and desire to learn technology quickly through a mix of mediumsResourceful and adaptable; comfortable working remotelyExperience with payroll compliance and/or legislationAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeLanguage Skills: Business fluent English and either German or French requiredOur Approach to Flexible WorkWith Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
