Informations générales HRBP & TALENT PROJECT MANAGER - CONTINENTAL EUROPE H / F Rejoignez : SODEXO ENTEGRA BOULOGNE BILLANCOURT CDI Temps Complet VOTRE RÔLE ET MISSIONS : Key responsibilities : Act as a strategic HR partner to the Continental Europe leadership team, fostering collaboration and a "one team" culture. Drive and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives across five countries with diverse cultures. Lead workforce planning to ensure the right skills and resources are in place to meet strategic goals. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, onboarding. Oversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and talent calibration processes. Design and implement engagement initiatives to strengthen employee satisfaction and sense of belonging. Support M&A projects: due diligence, onboarding, cultural integration, and change management. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR governance in partnership with transversal HR services. Develop and deliver training programs to close capability gaps and support leadership development. Act as an ambassador for Entegra culture and values within Sodexo and across the region. Monitor HR KPIs and leverage data to drive continuous improvement in talent and development initiatives. Coordinate global talent programs (Entegra Academy, coaching, mentoring, onboarding webinars). Promote digital and agile HR solutions to meet evolving business needs. VOTRE PROFIL 5-10 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a matrix organization. Expertise in recruitment, talent management, succession planning, and change management. Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills. Fluent in English (additional European language is a plus). Collaborative mindset, service-oriented, and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
