Main missions: Trend Analysis: Conduct ongoing watch and analysis of emerging trends in technology, business, and societal changes. Provide insights and recommendations to guide innovation strategies and projects. Participation in the Lab INNOVATE: Contribute with the Head of Open Innovation to design and facilitate activities within the Innovate Lab (based in our HQ in Nanterre Préfecture) Collaborate with the Innovation Excellence Centers. Organize and facilitate hands‑on workshops focused on applying Generative AI to support innovation projects. POC Project Development: Manage one Proof of Concept (POC) projects in collaboration with partners like France Tourisme Tech and The Journey, depending on your profile. Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities. Profil The profile The expected profile: Autonomous, creative, interested in VINCI Concessions’ businesses, innovation and new technologies. Entrepreneurial, curious and innovation-oriented mindset. Master’s degree in Innovation or Technologies Management. Overall knowledge of the data science domains (e.g. [un]supervised learning, explainable artificial intelligence, econometrics, deep learning, Natural Language Processing, time series forecasting, computer vision, deployment and/or optimization). Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborative sessions. Proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and exploring new ideas. Ability to speak publicly and value VINCI Concessions Innovation activities. Fluency in English and French.
