We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly handle user support in both French and English. What You’ll Do Assist customers from French‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat. Answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure every interaction is professional, clear, and friendly, whether it’s helping track an order, explain a product, or fix an issue.
