You are in charge of :The preparation, organization, planning and supervision of every tasks performed within the « Line & Light Maintenance » activity;The responsibility of the activity during your work shift ;The organization of the activities so that the maintenance activity impacts to a minimum the aircraft availability for the network ;Avoiding any delay, any AOG while respecting the Part 145 aeronautical regulations ;In the event of a delay or an AOG, ensuring that each minute will be used to reduce to a minimum the length of the delay or the AOG and ensuring that every possible means have been implemented to reach this goals ;The administrative management of the operations : the quality of the technical documentation, a quick and well‑organized communication (verbal and written) towards the customer ;The communication with the staff at your disposal : briefing, de‑briefing and return on experience ;Coordinating the production teams, making permanent use of each available resource, ensuring the respect of discipline ;Supporting your teams while ensuring their mission is understood and feasible ;Providing a critical analysis on the past experiences, as well as suggesting performance, productivity and work environment improvement actions to your line manager ;Ensuring the economic performance of the activity by adjusting the work capacity to the production need (justified use of contractors and overtimes). You propose overtime recuperation to the staff when the production capacity exceeds its need. #J-18808-Ljbffr
