In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing dealer capabilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences, boost satisfaction, and improve profitability. You will own the entire training lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution and analysis.ResponsibilitiesProgram Strategy & Development: Develop comprehensive, learner-centered training programs and content for all retail areas, including new store onboarding, new product launches, and new technology; research market dynamics and dealer operations to create localized training materials and innovative store activity ideas; continuously research and implement innovative training models and platforms to maximize engagement and efficiency.Facilitation & Delivery: Facilitate high-quality, engaging training sessions for dealer staff and branch personnel through both online and offline channels; travel to dealer locations to conduct in-store training, coaching, and follow-up implementation support.Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Measure training effectiveness through satisfaction surveys and performance data, analyzing results to track ROI and inform content optimization; use actionable insights to create a closed-loop management system for continuous improvement of all learning paths and programs.QualificationsOur ideal candidate will have:Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and program management within a retail or automotive environment.Strong ability to translate product knowledge and business management principles into effective learning content.Excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills.A data-driven mindset with experience measuring training outcomes.Willingness to travel to dealers or other programs.We OfferCompetitive remuneration based on performance and experience.Opportunities for department and company-wide team building events.A chance to contribute to the transition towards zero-emission transportation and the decarbonization of the economy.If you align with our mission and have the skills we need, apply to be our Finance Assistant in France today.
