Head of Global Product Support, Training & Partner ManagementJoin Danfoss as Head of Global Product Support, Training & Partner Management in our Climate Solutions segment, within the Electronic Controllers (ECS) division. You will lead a high‑performing international team, provide top‑level technical support and training programs, and develop a strong partner network that drives customer satisfaction and supports our Climate Solutions Electronics strategy globally.What You’ll Be DoingBuild strong relationships with cross‑functional colleagues in Sales, Product Management, R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.Support the organization in establishing a unified way of working together with functional departments and colleagues across regions.Take ownership of customer advocacy, acting as the primary point of contact for ensuring customer needs are met and driving satisfaction.Implement and maintain KPIs for backlog management and support activities, monitoring performance and identifying areas for improvement.Collaborate with Product Experts and Partner & Training Management teams to enhance customer satisfaction and share expertise across regions.Execute and support the ECS strategy in line with the Leap 2030 objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.Lead the development and management of a strong partner network, positioning partners as key enablers for regional growth.Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across international offices, supporting regional training, technical support, and strategic opportunities.What We're Looking ForEducational background in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, HVAC/R, or a related technical field.Proven technical and hands‑on expertise with Danfoss HVAC and Refrigeration electronic controllers, including configuration, troubleshooting, and applications.Proven experience leading globally distributed teams, ideally in customer support, technical services, or training.Strong track record in cross‑functional collaboration and customer advocacy, ensuring alignment across Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Supply Chain.Proven experience implementing KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement, seeking feedback and implementing changes to enhance team performance and processes.What You’ll Get From UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance.
