You will work remotely or from our Dubai or Lisbon offices and will be responsible for developing and executing a personal brand content strategy that educates, engages and evangelises our Iconic brand across social media platforms. As a Content Creator, you will become one of the new faces of Paradox, creating authentic, human‑centric content that resonates with millions of users. Responsibility 1 | Create Magnetic Personal Brand Content Build a full content pipeline from ideation to publication for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other platforms. Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains – and always aligns with our values and voice. Develop your own on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality. Responsibility 2 | Analyse & Optimize What Works Review performance data weekly – iterate and build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement. Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence – audience growth, engagement and credibility are your KPIs. Design and implement forward‑thinking content strategies, considering audience peaks and algorithmic boosts. Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to keep content resonant with audience needs and envies. Responsibility 3 | Build & Nurture Our Community Engage with followers directly – responding to comments, joining conversations, shaping culture. Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience to feature in content. Identify strategic voices to collaborate with – guests, co‑creators, future ambassadors. Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives and grows. Qualifications & Traits You’re obsessed with social media – you study it, reverse‑engineer virality. You’re magnetic on camera, fearless with bold shots and understand storytelling and editing inside out. You can write, riff, and repurpose content – turning one idea into ten formats effortlessly. You work fast – you create, test, learn, and repeat without waiting for a strategy doc. You understand brand power and can build a human, smart, modern brand. You’ve built a solo content presence or cultivated another brand’s online presence. You’re fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts – not just a user but a maker. You’ve produced content that performed – show us your hits and misses. You’re part creator, part strategist, and part brand whisperer.
