Brand Ambassador / Content Creator - 🇫🇷 French Fluent Be among the first 25 applicants. We’re looking for a Brand Ambassador & Content Creator to build our personal brand visibility and credibility. Mission & Role Overview As a Personal Brand Ambassador, you’ll become the storyteller‑in‑chief, creating short‑form videos that feel native and impossible to ignore. You’ll craft content that educates, engages, and evangelizes our iconic brand across platforms. This part‑time/contract role can be done remotely or from our offices in Dubai or Lisbon. Key Responsibilities CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT Build a full content pipeline (ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms. Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual). Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale. Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains, and aligns with our values and voice. Develop your own on‑camera presence – charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality. ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS Review performance data weekly – iterate and build on content that is resonating, converting, and driving real engagement. Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time. Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence – audience growth, engagement, credibility. Design forward‑thinking content strategies, accounting for growth factors (audience peak, algorithm‑boosted formats). Play with new trends and keep up to date with the news to keep content resonant with our audience. BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY Engage with followers directly – responding to comments, joining conversations, shaping culture. Source powerful testimonials and stories from our audience. Identify strategic voices to collaborate with – guests, co‑creators, future ambassadors. Become a trusted, authentic presence in the spaces where our audience lives. Do You Recognize Yourself? You’re obsessed with social media, studying and reverse‑engineering virality. You’re magnetic on camera and fearless with bold shots, mastering storytelling & editing. You can write, riff, and repurpose – turning one idea into ten formats effortlessly. You work fast, creating, testing, learning, and repeating without waiting for a strategy doc. You understand the power of brand and how to build a human, smart, modern identity. You’ve been a solo content creator or built someone else’s online presence before. You’re fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts as a maker. You’ve created content that performed – show your hits and misses. You’re part creator, part strategist, part brand whisperer.
