People Data & Systems Specialist Job at Alan About the role We are looking for a People Data & Systems Specialist to act as the "Guardian of Truth" for the People Community. As Alan scales to 600+ employees across Europe, our People operations generate massive amounts of data. Your mission is to ensure reliability, security, and accuracy of this data while owning the technical maintenance of our tool stack. You will turn our critical "Run" cycles from manual burdens into smooth, error‑free operations. Core Responsibilities Secure the Critical "Run" Cycles Performance Reviews: Own data production for bi-annual Review Cycles and automate cohort computation and eligibility rules to ensure 100% accuracy. Compensation Hygiene: Maintain and secure Salary Dynamics models (GSheets/Turing), ensuring data integrity for fair compensation reviews. QPR Ownership: Lead data generation for Quarterly Performance Reviews across People, Talent, and Workplace. Tooling & Security Ownership Technical Administrator: Act as Level 3 support and technical owner for core stack (Lattice, Ashby, Alan Home), manage configuration, troubleshoot bugs, handle renewal discussions. Security Referent: Automate access rights management and ensure "privacy by design" in all data workflows. Unify People & Talent Insights Talent Analytics: Bridge hiring and retention data, connect Ashby data to Metabase to track "Quality of Hire" and funnel velocity. Self-Serve Dashboards: Build and maintain Community Insights Dashboard for Leads. Who we’re looking for Operational Rigor: Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Metabase/Tableau). Systems Mindset: Comfortable administering complex SaaS tools (HRIS, ATS). Structured Communication: Translate complex logic into simple explanations for stakeholders.
