You will help build and scale the data infrastructure that powers insights and analytics, expanding our data warehouse and data lake capabilities to deliver next-generation ad tech solutions.What will you do?Develop and optimize data pipelines: Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark to ingest, process, and transform large-scale datasets from various sources.Manage cloud infrastructure: Architect and manage data infrastructure primarily on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS), including services like BigQuery, S3, GCS, EMR, and AirFlow.Enhance data storage: Improve and manage data warehouse and data lake solutions, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for BI and ML applications.Collaborate and innovate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement solutions that support new product features and business initiatives.Ensure data integrity: Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to maintain data pipeline health and data accuracy.Your profileWhat will you bring to the team?7+ years of professional experience in a data engineering or similar role.Strong programming abilities with a focus on code testing, architecture, performance, maintainability, and quality.Technical skillsProficiency in SQL / Java or Scala / Python.Experience with distributed data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark / Flink / Hive / Trino).Experience with cloud-based data services on GCP or AWS (e.g., BigQuery, S3, GCS, EMR, DataProc).Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka or Flink).Strong understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts and best practices.Knowledge of Apache Iceberg or Delta Lake.Solid understanding of IaC using Terraform.Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.Multiple shipped projects in Software Engineering.Production knowledge and practices (Release, Observability, Troubleshooting, etc.).Nice to HaveFamiliarity with containerization (Docker/OrbStack, Kubernetes).Knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges).We care about youSecurity & Savings: Competitive compensation, profit-sharing, meal vouchers, health insurance, and relocation support if needed.Career Development: Training, tech conference opportunities, internal mobility.Life Balance: 35+ days off per year, hybrid work, parental leave, and daycare options.Wellness: Premium equipment, team events, remote work subsidies, and diversity & inclusion initiatives.Recruitment processPlease submit your CV in English.Life at TeadsAt Teads, we blend creativity, technology, and data to shape the future of media.
