Your role

As a Team Lead Account Executive SMB at Hublo, you will lead, coach and develop a team of Account Executives responsible for acquiring new healthcare facilities across the SMB segment.

You will play a key role in accelerating Hublo's growth by driving commercial performance, improving sales execution and developing top sales talent.

Beyond team management, you will act as a strategic partner to Revenue leadership, ensuring excellence across forecasting, pipeline management and revenue generation.

We are looking for a leader capable of building a high-performing sales team and helping Hublo scale its commercial organization during its next phase of growth.

Responsibilities & expected results

Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Coach and develop a team of Account Executives across the full sales cycle.
  • Drive performance through regular deal reviews, feedback and personalized development plans.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and long-term development of top sales talent.

Drive revenue performance and forecasting accuracy

  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion rates and revenue performance.
  • Own the team's forecasting process and ensure reliable revenue visibility.
  • Identify risks, performance gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure strong execution discipline and CRM excellence across the team.

Scale commercial execution

  • Partner with SDR, Marketing, RevOps and Customer Success teams to improve GTM efficiency.
  • Support strategic deals and complex customer situations.
  • Contribute to the optimization of sales processes, methodologies and operating rhythms.
  • Help Hublo build a scalable and high-performing sales organization.

What we’re looking for

  • Significant experience leading and developing high-performing B2B SaaS sales teams (At least 5 years of experience, including management responsibilities)
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business targets in outbound and full-cycle sales environments
  • Strong coaching capabilities with demonstrated success developing Account Executives
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with performance metrics and forecasting
