Our company has a strong international background, with sales offices strategically located around the world.Ekinops is also recognized for its ESG commitments with its rating in the EthiFinance ESG Ratings report and its Gold Medal awarded by EcoVadis.Purpose of the roleAs a Senior Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of complex, multi-site engineering projects spanning software, hardware, and system integration domains. You will act as a key bridge between R&D, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Partners, and Customers – ensuring that all projects deliver measurable value on time, within scope, and within budget. You will drive clarity in scope, anticipate risks, foster collaboration across disciplines and sites, and ensure full alignment with Ekinops’ PMO governance framework and engineering strategy. Beyond project execution, you will actively contribute to PMO transformation initiatives, implementation of transverse processes, AI-enabled project management, and the migration of core enterprise tools such as SciForma and SAP S/4HANA, helping to raise the overall maturity and efficiency of the global project portfolio.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of complex cross‑functional projects (R&D, Customer Delivery, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain).Plan, track, and report on project progress using Ekinops PMO tools (Sciforma, Jira, Confluence, etc.).Ensure all projects meet quality, cost, and time targets, while managing interdependencies across engineering, manufacturing, partner, and vendor streams.Drive project governance through steering committees, structured reporting, and transparent escalation to leadership.Facilitate technical and cross‑site collaboration between engineering teams in France, Belgium, and India.Support corporate tool modernization and migration initiativesLeading the transition from on‑premise to cloud‑based platforms (e.g., SciForma Cloud, Jira Cloud, and related PMO tools).Ensuring alignment of SAP S/4HANA project structures and processes with established PMO governance and reporting standards.Driving the integration of data flows between ERP, PMO, and business intelligence systems to enable end‑to‑end visibility and performance tracking.Manage external suppliers, vendors, and partners involved in hardware, software, and service deliveryDefine and monitor supplier and partner deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics.Oversee partner and supplier contracts in coordination with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Legal.Track performance against SLAs, KPIs, and joint development objectives.Foster strategic relationships that enhance innovation, reduce time‑to‑market, and improve cost efficiency.Coordinate with technology partners for joint solution integration, interoperability testing, and certification.Identify and resolve issues proactively; balance priorities and trade‑offs creatively.Implement and improve project templates, KPIs, and dashboards to enhance predictability and portfolio visibility.Support the transition toward Agile and hybrid delivery models across engineering teams.Champion continuous improvement and standardization within the PMO framework (gate reviews, risk management, lessons learned).Contribute to quality and compliance initiatives (ISO9001, CMMI, and customer audits).Mentor and coach junior project managers and engineering leads to strengthen delivery discipline and autonomy.Support Ekinops’ digital transformation and AI adoption in project and portfolio management (e.g., predictive planning, automated reporting, supplier/partner analytics).Skills and ProfileBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (or equivalent experience).Minimum 10 years of project or program management in a high‑tech, telecom, or software engineering environment.Proven experience in multi‑site and multicultural project delivery.Demonstrated expertise in supplier, vendor, and partner management, including contract negotiation, SLA management, and joint‑governance structures.Experience working with technology partners, OEMs, or ecosystem alliances in joint development or co‑innovation contexts.Familiarity with AI‑based productivity and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Jira AI, or similar).Strong command of project management methodologies, risk management, and change control.Proficiency in Jira, Sciforma, Microsoft Project, Confluence, Tableau, and similar tools.Demonstrated ability to manage budget, P&L, and resource forecasting.Excellent stakeholder communication and ability to influence at executive, engineering, supplier, and partner levels.Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with a data‑driven approach to performance tracking and decision‑making.Experience with Agile at scale, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments.Familiarity with quality systems (ISO9001, CMMi) and compliance reporting.Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a strong asset).PackageFix + BonusHybrid work options (up to 2 days remote per week)Recruitment ProcessAt Ekinops, we believe diversity makes us stronger We hire talents based on skills, experience, and potential—nothing else.
