**The Opportunity**

You will lead a dedicated team focused on plant systems and civil engineering within HVDC projects. You will work closely with the Plants Lead Engineer and Project Engineering Manager to deliver high-quality results. You will grow by managing complex interfaces, driving progress, and developing people. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where your leadership and technical insight make a real impact.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead the Plants and Civil team with a positive and proactive mindset.
- Manage budget, time, scope, and quality transparently.
- Coordinate input for electromechanical and civil design.
- Ensure quality in CAD layouts and auxiliary systems.
- Support offshore platform interface coordination.
- Guide the team through processes and risk management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and team development.
- Ensure alignment with project and tender leads.

**Your Background**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or Project Management.
- Experience leading technical teams in large-scale projects.
- Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in French & English (both spoken and written).
- Passion for people, technology, and collaboration.
- Ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively.
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills.

**L’opportunité**

Vous dirigerez une équipe dédiée aux systèmes d’installations et au génie civil dans le cadre de projets HVDC. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le Lead Engineer Installations et le Project Engineering Manager pour garantir des résultats de haute qualité. Vous évoluerez en gérant des interfaces complexes, en stimulant la progression et en développant les talents. Vous vous épanouirez dans un environnement collaboratif où votre leadership et votre expertise technique auront un réel impact.

**Votre impact**
- Diriger l’équipe Installations et Génie Civil avec une approche positive.
- Gérer le budget, les délais, le périmètre et la qualité de manière transparente.
- Coordonner les apports pour la conception électromécanique et civile.
- Garantir la qualité des plans CAD et des systèmes auxiliaires.
- Soutenir la coordination des interfaces pour les plateformes offshore.
- Guider l’équipe dans les processus et la gestion des risques.
- Suivre l’avancement du projet et garantir les livrables.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Stimuler l’amélioration continue et le développement de l’équipe.
- Assurer l’alignement avec les responsables projet et appel d’offres.

**Votre profil**
- Licence ou Master en ingénierie ou en gestion de projet.
- Expérience dans la gestion d’équipes techniques sur des projets d’envergure.
- Sens aigu des responsabilités et capacité à prendre des décisions.
- À l’aise dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral.
- Passion pour les personnes, la technologie et la collaboration.
- Capacité à gérer les délais et les budgets efficacement.
- Autonomie et excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
