About The Role As Recruitment Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our talent acquisition function, ensuring scalable, efficient hiring processes aligned with business goals. You will own the recruitment infrastructure, tools, and workflows, enabling our team to attract and hire top talent at scale. Ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, technology, and people—solving operational challenges and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Process Optimization: design, implement, and refine end‑to‑end workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time‑to‑hire, and enhance candidate experience. Identify bottlenecks and pain points, proposing and implementing solutions. Standardize and document recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices. Recruitment Technology & Tools: own the tech stack (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools), ensuring integration, adoption, and optimization. Partner with IT and vendors to evaluate, select, and deploy new tools or features. Train and support hiring teams on tool usage, data hygiene, and reporting. Data & Analytics: develop and maintain dashboards to track key metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source effectiveness, diversity), providing actionable insights. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Stakeholder Collaboration: liaison between Talent Acquisition, HR, Finance, and hiring managers to align on priorities. Partner with legal and compliance to ensure adherence to laws and policies. Candidate Experience: map and improve the journey, gather feedback, drive improvements. Project Management: lead cross‑functional projects (ATS migrations, automation, global hiring expansion); manage vendor relationships. Qualifications & Skills 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Hands‑on experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment CRMs. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Deeply technical and process‑oriented mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and scalability. Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Experience in a high‑growth startup or tech company. Familiarity with global hiring and multi‑country compliance. Problem‑solving: diagnose issues and implement practical solutions. Collaboration: influence without authority in diverse teams. Detail‑oriented: meticulous with process, data, and compliance. Location & Remote This role is based in one of our European offices (Paris and London). Candidates must reside or be open to relocating.
