- Excellente capacité de communication orale et écrite
- Maîtrise des CRM (Hubspot/Salesforce) et Excel
- Réflexion stratégique et méthodologies commerciales
- Anglais courant
- Connaissance du marché de la logistique

Membre du Codir et rattaché au Directeur Général, votre mission sera :
- Responsable de la croissance du chiffre d’affaires: Définir la stratégie commerciale et construire les objectifs de CA en collaboration avec la Direction. Présentation de la stratégie commerciale à la Direction et suivi du CA et des forecasts par mois, trimestre et année.
- Animation et développement des équipes commerciales: Gérer et développer les équipes (Sales Executive, SDR, Marketing, Customer Success, avant-ventes). Accompagner les commerciaux, recruter des talents et travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Marketing et les autres directions.
- Mesure de la performance commerciale: Mettre en place et piloter les indicateurs de l’activité commerciale. Suivi des KPI et optimisation des process de ventes et de gestion des portefeuilles clients.
- Offre et pricing: Analyser et faire évoluer l’offre et le pricing dans un marché en construction et fortement concurrentiel.
- Gestion de la relation avec les clients et partenaires clés au niveau Direction.
