Ready to shape the future of life sciences? Apply now. We are hiring a driven Director R&D PMO & innovation strategy will enable long term top- and bottom line growth. Locations could be discussed. What you will do PMO Stage-gate Process : Develop and deploy a best in class PMO standard approach across CHI. Guard operational excellence in execution globally for CHI through a uniform and clear process, standard templates, a clear decision making process for all types of innovation projects. PMO delivery (Front end innovation) : Lead the translation of the innovation strategy into programs and coach the program teams until business cases are approved / projects are established. PMO delivery (Feasibility to Launch) : Lead programs through the feasibility and development stages with attention to cross-dept. alignment and timeline adherence, until ready for Launch authorization. PMO delivery (Launch to commercial): co-lead a strong governance with SGRM on commercial scale-up of new innovation products, to drive revenue and profit growth. Innovation Strategy : Lead the development and implementation of the global empty capsules, dosage form solutions and health ingredients long term innovation strategy, to include product and technology innovation for the business segments and the 3 RBU’s. What we are looking for Master in Science (Chemical, Biochemical) or Engineering, other relevant field consider Solid experience in Innovation / Program Management English fluent, French and asset Willingness to travel (approx. 25%) Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
