In this exciting new global role you are accountable for the strategy and the operational support of the Plant Maintenance solutions at Lonza, with an initial focus on the calibration system. The BSM maintains the roadmap of the solutions and will coordinate the system’s deployment activities to the sites. The BSM initiates initiatives to introduce innovation in Lonza in the Plant Maintenance area.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Define the technical Plant Maintenance strategy in collaboration with all internal stakeholders including Senior Management, Functional Leaders, and Site Heads.
- Help Lonza embracing new technologies like Predictive Maintenance. Develop, drive and audit the implementation of the Plant Maintenance strategy throughout the Lonza network.
- Prepare required Capital Investments related to Plant Maintenance systems.
- Ensuring the compliance of systems in the portfolio with all relevant local, global, industry and regulatory policies and guidelines
- Provide and communicate explanations to the Lonza LPBN departments in a timely, effective, and professional manner as required. Assist in writing/updating system’s documentation.

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in life science or Informatics
- 5-10 years experience in Information technology based Business Solution Plant Maintenance activities.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry and experience with GMP is a plus
- Ability to prioritize, influence and a good team player
- Fluency in English
