NEXUS Automotive International is managing consolidated sales above 50 billion €.MissionThe NEXUS Service department is responsible for all products, tools and services for independent garages and distributors:Platforms (parts ordering, training, lead generation, etc.)Solutions (technical information, technical assistance, etc.)The Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the offers proposed to NAI extensive community. The NAcademy-Learning Management System Administrator will reinforce an already existing function and play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the LMS to ensure effective learning experiences.ResponsibilitiesThe N Service-Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for all functions required for the proper use of the services offered by the LMS platform, whether in terms of implementation for users, content and usages, security, maintenance or updates. They must ensure that the LMS is used correctly, is accessible, and provide support in resolving problems with their various contacts (IT, users, providers, etc.).For that purpose, they will perform the following activities to ensure the overall success of the N Academy learning programs.Manage users and permissionsAdminister courses and contentOversee enrollments and registrationsMonitor learner progress and performanceProvide technical supportEnsure system security and complianceFacilitate communication and trainingCustomize and maintain the systemCollect feedback and enhance the systemCoordinate with vendors and stakeholdersRequirementsDegree in Education Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications in LMS administration or e-learning platforms would be a plus.Experience managing an LMS (e.g., Moodle, Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms), including user management, content administration, and troubleshooting.Experience coordinating cross- functional teams and working with external vendors.
