Install, configure, and manage Windows Server environments

Administer and maintain VMware infrastructure including vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter, and VM templates.

Perform regular patching, upgrades, and system health checks.

Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies using tools such as Veeam or similar.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues,

providing level 2-3 support for Windows and VMware-related problems.Coordinate with network, storage, and application teams for integrated infrastructure support.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Juniper firewalls and switches.

Configure and manage Juniper SRX firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPNs, and security zones.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.

Ensure high availability and redundancy across critical network links and devices.Work closely with security teams to apply necessary patches, updates, and configurations to meet compliance requirements.

Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for link management and hardware support.

Create and maintain documentation related to systemnetwork configurations, procedures, and operations.

Participate in on-call support rotation as needed.Strong experience in Windows Server OS administration.

Proficient in VMware vSphere administration and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.

Working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.

Experience with backup tools (Veeam, Commvault, or similar).

Strong hands-on experience with Juniper SRX firewalls and Junos OS.

Knowledge of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and static routing.

Experience with VPN configurations (IPSec, SSL VPN) and remote access solutions.

Understanding of Layer 23 networking concepts including VLANs, STP, and trunking.

Proficiency in troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, ping, traceroute, etc.

Experience with network monitoring and logging tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Syslog, etc.).

ITIL awareness and understanding of changeincident management processes.
