- Act as the link between process owners and operations, ensuring the applicability and proper implementation of standards and procedures at production workstations
- Detect deviations and identify root causes by implementing problem‑solving and continuous improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, 5S) with the production team
- Establish, manage, and schedule associated action plans through to closure
- Establish performance indicators and interpret the results
- Work closely with the various stakeholders within the Final Assembly Line (FAL) production team
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) with a specialization in quality or continuous improvement
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the FAL production environment would be an advantage
- Proficient in quality processes, tools, problem‑solving, inspection, and operational monitoring
