The role We are seeking an experienced, high‑performing Strategic Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this hybrid role, you will combine business development and strategic consulting to expand our presence across enterprise, media, and Fortune 500 companies operating in France. What You’ll Do Strategic Revenue Growth & Business Development Drive new business by building and expanding a sustainable pipeline, identifying, qualifying, and converting new enterprise opportunities to achieve revenue targets. Lead the identification and development of new market opportunities and sales strategies that align with long‑term growth objectives within the EMEA region. Expertly negotiate and close complex deals with senior decision‑makers at brands, media, and major multinational conglomerates. Strategic Account Management & Retention Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑Suite executives and key stakeholders, creating tailored solutions that drive short‑term campaign success and long‑term brand loyalty. Manage a diverse book of business across target verticals (Luxury, Retail, Media, Digital Publishing, Corporate, FMCG, etc.), ensuring alignment across delivery teams to maximize client satisfaction and revenue retention. Forecasting, Planning & Operations Own the sales pipeline end‑to‑end, proactively report on progress using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), identify potential roadblocks, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts to leadership. Help lead the national go‑to‑market strategy for high‑value clients, collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to align resources, develop sales initiatives, and close deals that meet company requirements. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and internal data to drive strategic decisions tailored to local market nuances. Leadership & Brand Representation Represent the company at high‑level industry events, panels, and conferences to elevate our brand and establish yourself as a thought leader within the French digital space. Mentor junior team members, share expertise, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture within the sales organization. Requirements 8+ years of proven success in enterprise sales, digital media, or SaaS, focused on driving significant revenue growth and building long‑term relationships with broadcasters, media, and digital publishers. Established network of high‑level relationships within the advertising, entertainment, and media industries, especially in the French market and client‑direct/agency channels. Track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering measurable impact through negotiation expertise; experience closing deals with large multinational corporations is highly desirable. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to articulate complex concepts in an engaging manner. Native French speaker with C2 level English; fluency in a third European language (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian) is a plus. Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales stack software (Ironclad, Jira, etc.). Exceptional presentation and communication skills; ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives.
