Conference Producer

Infopro Digital Group is recruiting an Event Content Manager to be based in our Nashville office, joining our US events team to manage content production for our leading brands, including Risk.net and WatersTechnology. Responsibilities Market mapping to identify key players and target segments for engagement. Engage with senior industry professionals to analyze their challenges and emerging trends, crafting timely and relevant agendas. Engage sponsors, understand objectives, and integrate thought leadership into conference agendas. Conduct market research through telephone, face‑to‑face, desk‑based methods, and attending external events. Write market‑leading agendas in a technical space. Research, acquire, and manage speakers. Innovate commercial formats to improve sponsor and delegate experiences. Collaborate with sales, editorial, and production teams to leverage expertise and create compelling agendas. Oversee project management to ensure events remain on track, achieving or surpassing delegate and sponsorship revenue targets. Provide advisory to potential sponsors on event value and support sponsor renewal processes. Brief internal teams with marketing, sales, and delegate sales briefs; create marketing collateral for sponsors, delegates, and media partners. Monitor project KPIs and troubleshoot issues as needed. Requirements Proven 5–10 years experience as a senior conference producer or conference content lead. Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrable track record of driving gross profit growth in events. Highly organized with effective time management skills. Proven research and agenda‑writing skills. Demonstrable project‑management skills across all events within a pressurized environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in event content creation and management, including speaker recruitment and liaison. Ability to collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue.
