Our team includes a wide range of skills and experiences to better meet our clients' needs.As a Product Owner you will join the Data Platform and will be part of the Data Tech within the GCOO Department (Global Chief Operating Officer), covering the day-to-day operational functions of our business.As part of its Data strategy, AXA IM has built a highly successful / state of the art Data Product Factory . About 15+ various Data Product squads from different domains (Data Referential, Responsible Investment, Quant & Research, Finance, Digital, Front office, Operations, Trading, etc.) are building their own data product suite and leveraging the data families produced and maintained by the domains themselves. The platform offers Data Pipeline industrialization, Data Science, Exploration, Visualization for our internal customers and other AXA Entities.DISCOVER your opportunityAs a Product Owner for Data Referentials, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining features of our Master Data Management (MDM) system for AXA IM. This includes developing Data Families around Data Referentials (Instruments, Products and Portfolios, Indices, Forex, Assets). You will contribute to defining and delivering our product vision and initiatives and coordinate the book of work with the Data Management Evolution Team to create value for our customers.You will be part of a squad composed of :4 Data AnalystsThe Product Owner is also accountable for the entire product lifecycle, including gathering user needs, analyzing market trends, defining product trajectory, building and transitioning to support, managing operations and continuous improvement, overseeing decommissioning.As a Product Owner for Data Referentials , you will :Support Data Management in administering referential golden sources.Drive the implementation of data referential features for internal customers, delivering key functionalities for both strategic and non-strategic projects.Lead the transformation and simplification of our current architecture.You will also work closely with Business Teams to :Define the best approach for delivering business value through POCs (Proof of Concepts) and MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).Deep dive into high-level requirements, define the delivery approach, and influence prioritization and strategy.Drive optimization through continuous feedback loops involving all stakeholders across the value chain.Advocate for addressing technical debt, test automation, and software industrialization.You will engage with various stakeholders and demonstrate an ability to :Understand business concepts, operational data management, and operational security.Translate these concepts into feature designs and business outcomes.As part of the AXA IM family, you are also expected to :Foster a positive team environment and boost morale.Embrace diversity and encourage different perspectives.Contribute to simplifying our value chain, increasing velocity, and creating a great work environment.We welcome various combinations of skills and experiences.Education & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related fieldExperienced in technology deliveries in the Cloud (Azure preferred)Experience in the financial services industry (Asset Management or Investment Banking), specifically in Data Referentials (Instruments, Products, Counterparties, etc.)Strong experience in Agile methodologiesKnowledge of Product Vision, Data Analysis, and Data OpsUnderstanding of CI / CD and DevOps principlesFamiliarity with Operational Excellence, including Production environments, disaster recovery, and monitoringStrong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business representatives and technology teamsAbility to articulate and promote a vision to senior executivesStrong influencing skills, including the ability to say “no” when necessary and push back on both business and technology peers #J-18808-Ljbffr
