Your mission is to ensure the reliability, security, and accuracy of this data while owning the technical maintenance of our tool stack. Responsibilities Secure the Critical “Run” Cycles: Own data production for bi‑annual Review Cycles, automate cohort computation and eligibility rules, maintain Compensation Hygiene, and lead data generation for Quarterly Performance Reviews. Tooling & Security Ownership: Act as Level 3 support and technical owner for Lattice, Ashby, Alan Home; manage configuration, troubleshoot bugs, handle renewals; act as Security Referent to automate access rights and enforce privacy‑by‑design. Unify People & Talent Insights: Bridge hiring and retention data, connect Ashby data to Metabase for “Quality of Hire” and funnel velocity, build and maintain Community Insights dashboard for leaders. Qualifications Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools such as Metabase or Tableau. Experience administrating SaaS HRIS/ATS tools and understanding data flows between them. Clear communication: translate complex logic into simple explanations for stakeholders. Builder mindset: identify root causes and fix broken processes.
