**Job summary**

We are looking for a Senior People Operations Manager to join our EMEA People & Culture Team. You will lead our efforts to enhance efficiency and compliance in our HR processes while also improving our employee experience. This role encompasses the management and development of the People Operations team (2 People Operations Coordinators in direct management in Europe).

Based in Toulouse, you will report to our Head of People & Culture EMEA,**this role provides strategic oversight, ensures compliance with and keep abreast of current legislation.

**Things you will be working on**:
**Payroll and Benefits Management**

Oversee payroll processing and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve payroll or benefits-related issues.

Ensure alignment with local labor laws and organizational policies.

**Employee Lifecycle Management**

Manage the employee lifecycle, from contracts and onboarding to offboarding and absences.

Maintain accurate employee records and respond to employee inquiries promptly.

Monitor HRIS data to support decision-making and optimize people-related processes.

**Team Management**

Lead a high-performance team with clear goals, feedback, and professional development.

Participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Ensure efficient team operations by managing administrative tasks and requests.

**Legal Compliance and Litigation Management**

Stay updated on labor laws, particularly in France, and ensure legal compliance across regions.

Oversee disciplinary actions and grievances.

Manage employment-related legal matters, including contracts, terminations, and disputes.

**Continuous Improvement and Projects Involvement**

Improve HRIS systems and automate processes for operational efficiency.

Identify AI-driven solutions to streamline People Operations.

Implement scalable systems to support organizational growth and global integration.

- How can we maximise our internal services across the EMEA organization?
- How can we empower our managers to handle their daily HR responsibilities more effectively?
- How can we ensure an optimized use of our HRIS?

**Do you have what it takes to be a Senior People Operations Manager?**

You have 8 years minimum of experience in a Human Resources Manager role with a proven track record of team and project management.

**But you also have**:

- A great interest in process design and optimization
- A strong sense of customer service and excellent organizational skills
- A strong appetite to dive into HRIS

**You also are**:

- Fluent in English (C1 minimum)
- Fluent in French (C1 minimum)
- If you speak Dutch or German, it would be the cherry on the cake
