Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analog and mixed-signal IC design industry experts
- Lead design projects and drive technical decision-making
- Document and present the performance of your designs in detail
- Support pre-silicon verification at block and/or top level according to the design flow
- Review and analyze product requirements and translate them into robust designs
- Support production test development and ramp to production
- Mentor less experienced designers by promoting good design practices and fostering talent
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Electronics or Microelectronics
- 12+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with Cadence design tools/environment including Virtuoso and Maestro/Assembler/Explorer
- Experience as a design team lead with strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and cross-site teams with strong team spirit
- Creative mindset with patents and/or international publications and proven problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English
