WHAT WE OFFER

You will join an international team supporting the daily management of Lyreco’s Group product offering. Working closely with Group Product Managers, you will:

  • Create, maintain and update product information in SAP and STEP.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product and supplier master data.
  • Coordinate requests from subsidiaries and ensure the implementation of Group decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, analyses and operational materials for supplier and subsidiary meetings.
  • Support the monitoring and management of the Group product assortment.
  • Assist Product Managers in their day‑to‑day collaboration with suppliers and occasionally participate in supplier meetings.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product information management.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Organised, detail‑oriented, and enjoy working in an international and collaborative environment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • First professional experience in administration, marketing, purchasing, supply chain, or data management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good command of English, allowing you to communicate in writing and participate in international meetings.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus but not required; full training will be provided.
  • Highly organised, rigorous, proactive, collaborative, service‑oriented, comfortable in an international environment, and eager to learn and develop a career in Product Management.
