Nous intervenons auprès de grands acteurs du secteur Life Sciences pour les aider à optimiser leur performance projet et transformer leur organisation multi-projets. Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recrutons un Project Manager F/H pour accompagner la construction d’une nouvelle usine pharmaceutique située en région lyonnaise (69). Vous serez responsable de préparer, structurer et piloter l’ensemble des plannings de travaux, tout en coordonnant les différents corps d’état et en veillant au respect strict des jalons clés. Responsabilités Définir la feuille de route, le planning global et la structure de découpage du projet; Assurer la coordination et la cohérence entre les différents lots techniques (gros œuvre et second œuvre); Organiser et animer les réunions de chantier et de suivi de la construction; Contrôler la conformité des études et des travaux réalisés à la réglementation et aux normes techniques; Garantir la bonne interface entre les différents lots (CVC, électricité, plomberie, structure); Suivre et optimiser le budget du projet; Analyser et valider les devis, avenants et situations de travaux; Anticiper et gérer les risques financiers; Compétences & Qualifications Origine d'une formation d'ingénieur, avec une expérience minimale de 15 ans sur un poste similaire, dans un environnement industriel du secteur pharmaceutique; Maîtrise des outils PMO tels que MS Project, Primavera, SAP, Power BI; Capacité à arbitrer, prendre des décisions, prioriser les ressources, gérer les interdépendances et leadership fort; Parler couramment l’anglais (niveau B2 minimum) afin d’évoluer dans un contexte international; Vous souhaitez évoluer dans un secteur d'avenir où votre expertise technique contribue directement à la santé des patients ?
